Punched Break Settings

• Break May Start Between - Enter the amount of time from the first punch of day that represents the window when the break can be started.
  • Earliest - This setting defines the beginning of the time window where a punch can start the break.
  • Latest - This setting defines the end of the time window where a punch can start the break.
• Break Length - Use this field to define the length of the punched break.
• Extended Break Length - Enter the maximum time allowed for the break. If this time is exceed, the punches will not be considered as break punches but as normal In and Out punches.
• Paid Break - Select this option if the punches break is to be paid.

Auto-Deduct Break Settings

• Minimum Hours Worked To Qualify - Enter the amount of time that must be accumulated to qualify for the automatic deduction.
• Amount of Time to Deduct from End of Day - Enter the amount of time that will be deducted from the day total.
